All Sales that are organized and hosted by My House Estate Sales follow these principles:
1. No Presales will be allowed except at condo sales.
2. Buyer is responsible for the removal of items once
purchased. Pick up times can be arranged at later date.
3. Entry to the home may be limited the 1st hour to prevent
overcrowding and for security reasons.
4. Prices are negotiable to a limited extent, more so
as the sale progresses. If you think the price is too high,
you may leave a bid, winning bidder will be notified in the
evening.
5. Use this website to preview items.
6. Doors will open at the stated time, not before.
7. Prices will be significantly lowered after 12 noon. If you
are a bargain shopper late afternoon is the time to come.
8. Cash only, or cheques, with ID (pick up later).
9. Be considerate of your fellow shoppers and respect those
ahead of you as well as those behind.
10. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before
you pay for them. Items sold "AS-IS".
