To host and organize your Estate Sale, we charge a commission of between 25-40% of total sales, after advertising costs or a flat fee. No money comes directly out of your pocket. The commission varies depending on the quality and quantity of items and the amount of work involved. After the sale each client receives an itemized list of all sales and payment within 5 days. Breathe a sigh of relief as you leave the details to us! We need 4-6 weeks notice prior to sale date. Spring is a busy time, so call early to avoid disappointment!
